Miami, FL – Wesley Frater, a trailblazer in the South Florida athletic community, received a prestigious Proclamation from Metro Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava during the 27th Annual South Florida Athletic Awards. The presentation took place at the 27th Annual Warren Henry Auto Dealership in Miami, the title sponsor of the event.
