NASSAU, Bahamas - Prime Minister Phillip  Davis has advised young Bahamians not to “die trying to impress people who won’t stand at your graveside,” saying he is fighting for a version of The Bahamas where children walk home without fear, build  their lives and where no mother has to hear the words, “your child is gone”.

US Attorneys General Urge Congress to Prohibit ICE Agents From Wearing Masks

NEW YORK, New York – New York Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday led a coalition of 20 other attorneys general in urging the United States Congress to pass legislation prohibiting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from wearing masks that conceal their identities and requiring them to clearly identify themselves and their agency during civil enforcement actions against Caribbean and other immigrants.

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad - Former energy minister, Stuart Young, Friday told his  successor, Dr. Roodal Moonilal, that he would “do well to keep the theatre out of the serious business of the energy sector,’ after the Trinidad and Tobago government claimed that it had saved the country billions of dollars (one TT dollar=US$0.16) in revenue as a result of an error under the watch of the previous  administration.
