KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent  – Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves created history in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) when he led his ruling Unity Labour Party (ULP) to a comfortable fifth consecutive victory in the general elections here on Thursday.
