GEORGETOWN, Guyana – The Guyana government says it is moving to amend the Local Content Act next year to ensure that all loopholes are regulated effectively warning that companies who are non-complaint with the legislation will have a lot to worry about in the future.

Jamaican Prime Minister Names New Finance Minister

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Prime Minister Andrew Holness Wednesday named Education Minster Fayval Williams as the new Finance Minister , replacing Dr Nigel Clarke,  who resigned his position on Tuesday night to take up a senior position with the Washington-based International Monetary Fund (IMF).
