WASHINGTON, DC - United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, Tuesday held talks with the leaders of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and The Bahamas underscoring the urgent need for enhanced regional cooperation to combat drug and firearms trafficking and illegal migration.
