TORUN, Poland – Jereem ‘The Dream’ Richards gave Trinidad and Tobago its first medal of the World Athletics Indoor Championships when he captured bronze in the men’s 400 metres here on Saturday.
T&T’s Jereem Richards (left) captured bronze in the men’s 400 metres at the World Indoor Championships.Richards crossed the finish line in a season’s best time of 45.39 seconds to finish third behind winner Christopher Williams of Canada, who set a new championship record of 44.76 and second-placed Khaleb McRae, who grabbed silver in 45.03.
