T&T Names 92-Member Contingent For CARIFTA Games

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad – The National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago (NAAATT) has named its second largest contingent ever to compete at the CARIFTA Games, scheduled to be held next month in Grenada.

New CPL Franchise Owners to Invest Over US$3 Million

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Jamaica’s Sports Minister, Olivia Grange has revealed that Kingsmen Sports Enterprise is set to invest over US$3 million to establish new franchises in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) competitions.

The CPL will be returning to Sabina Park for the first time since 2019.

CWI President Says No Plans to Sack Head Coach Sammy

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad – Despite admitting he was disappointed after the West Indies failed to win the recently concluded ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Cricket West Indies (CWI) president Dr Kishore Shallow has revealed that there is no immediate intention to fire head coach Daren Sammy.

Daren Sammy is set to remain as West Indies head coach until after the 2027 ODI World Cup.
