Times Square NYC Welcomes Jamaica's Minister of Tourism

NEW YORK, NY – Minister of Tourism Hon. Edmund Bartlett was welcomed to NYC by Times Square NYC, on Sunday, August 11th. The billboard, located on Broadway and 43rd Street, in the heart of Times Square featured the message for five minutes, exposing Jamaica to an international audience.

Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association Recognizes Industry Excellence

MIAMI - St. Maarten hotel association executive Wyb Meijer, Aruban guest experience supervisor Berlinda Engelhardt, and Puerto Rican Security Supervisor Luis de Jesus were named among three Caribbean tourism industry stakeholders who have exemplified excellence across the region's bread and butter industry.

Jamaica Has New Director of Visitor Safety & Experience.

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Hon Edmund Bartlett has appointed a new director of Visitor Safety and Experience, Major Dave Walker, to further review the initial report from the recent island wide security audit of the tourism sector.
